VEROPAL PEN 10 is a two-component, fast-curing, transparent epoxy resin used as a primer to seal the wood surface to prevent air from escaping into the cured resin during epoxy casting. It is used for highly absorbent surfaces, porous surfaces or for surface stabilization of lightly dusty wood, as well as for solid cohesive substrates. At the same time it can be used for waterproofing thin (especially top surface) layers around 1-3mm and as a suitable repair compound for minor wood repairs or for the production of wood repair sealant. It cures quickly, the casting is clear and very hard. It is very fluid, with a simple mixing ratio and virtually odourless. It can be easily re-coloured.
This system is compatible with VEROPAL epoxy casting resins.
